At Heer Tots, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, delivery windows, charges, and important shipping conditions.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day
• Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, and peak sale periods.

• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3-6 business days
• Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location.

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling charge

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

• Track your order from the 'My Orders' section in your account
• Tracking link is also shared by SMS or email
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch

In rare situations, your order may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

• Courier partner disruptions
• Unexpected weather or transport issues
• High-order volume during festivals and sales
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may fail or get delayed. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Our courier partners make multiple attempts to deliver your package.

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
• Returned orders may be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges

Currently, Heer Tots ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
