At Heer Tots, we strive to ensure that your little ones love their outfits. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit and comfort for children can sometimes be challenging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a quick return and exchange process.

Policy Window & Timeline

We offer a strict 3-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of delivery. Because kids grow fast and our stock rotates quickly, we kindly ask you to initiate your request promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or an exchange, all items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The product must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must remain completely intact and attached to the garment.
  • The item must be completely free from any stains, dirt, odors, baby powder, or damage.

⚠️ Strict Hygiene Policy Note:

Due to strict hygiene standards for children and infants, certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. These include: Innerwear, Vests, Briefs, Socks, and Bodysuits / Onesies.

How to Request an Exchange

If you need a different size, color, or a replacement design, please follow these steps:

  1. 1Log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to exchange. (Alternatively, you can email or WhatsApp us directly).
  2. 2Choose the 'Exchange' option and clearly specify the preferred new size or item.
  3. 3Our delivery partner will arrive at your doorstep to pick up the original item and simultaneously deliver your replacement item (subject to availability).

Refund Process

Once your returned item arrives safely at our facility and passes our internal quality inspection, we will immediately initiate your refund:

  • Prepaid Orders: The complete amount will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD purchases, you will be required to securely provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID. The refund will be credited directly to your bank account via NEFT/UPI transfer within 5-7 business days.
